—I am Makini Duewa, and I was born to do this work and be here to support you on your Wellness Journey. I have dedicated my life to learning, practicing, teaching, and sharing the critical fundamentals and factors of health and wellness — and furthermore, to ending the epidemic of preventable chronic diseases.
One Year Wellness Journey is an integrative health & wellness group program for people of color. This journey is designed to be a deliciously holistic and energizing experience for you, your loved ones, and community —one that is dedicated to your total transformation.
In this fun family style community, we will celebrate your successes as you learn strategies to balance blood sugar, reduce inflammation, improve immunity, clear skin, enjoy better digestion, better energy, feel better in your body and lay down a lifetime of learning!
As you may have heard me say, for me, it’s about empowerment, education, self-awareness, personal development, self-nourishment and ultimately manifesting ALIVENESS - A lifestyle that allows you to have the energy to pursue dreams and live life with passion is key!
*A note about POC —While this event is for POC (people of color), you are absolutely welcome to bring your partner and close family that may not fit into this definition.
